John Gray has become a fat ponze

I have to let out the frustrations somehow that I collected today when I sat the High Court to determine Stadlen J’s final judgment.

John Gray is just a fat ponze now, he is part of the left-wing political establishment, having gotten the Labour Party Councillor post. Alex Hilton has gotten away with his tactics and Robert Dougans looked like a clown who spend most of his time mumbling and didn’t know what he was doing. Or maybe his bad conscience over how he tricked me out of my claim, finally caught up with him, it is possible that he still might have a tiny drop of humanity in him, but its not certain.

I don’t know how he got the Assistant solicitor of the year award, maybe he knows someone who knows someone and that is that then.

Non of the case-law he said made any sense. yet in Justice Eady’s case, who agreed to anything Dougans said, we know that the desired goal to throw the case against Osler out any which way as long as the desired objective is achieved, had a similar result in the Gray and Hilton case.

The drawback in English justice is, its that its case law based and little statute plays a role. The judges don’t even now the laws or the rules, they are just engulfed in their judicial strategy.

Well I am not impressed, its ponzing all around and little justice has been done if any at all. yet what do you expect from a corrupt court system, you guessed it, corruption, one hand washes the other hand, if you do me a favour I do you one, you know what I mean.

I think I am having a marvellous case to take to the EU, just one more corrupt appeal to go and then I am free, thanks be to God.

I think the judges at the High Court got a little game going and each week select the winner who has had the most free dinners that week gets first prize. Wouldn’t it be funny if I now got a libel writ through my door from the High Court judges for defamation. seriously sliming up to an English judge is useless, they only look at your purse, so don’t worry being polite or anything  just don’t do contempt of court when you are in with a judge.

Especially when Stadlen J started his sauce about Hilton being out of pocket, I nearly fell sick over the table. Hilton got his legal funds from donations that he collected from his own and friends’ website. The judge showed no sympathy at all about the costs I had to endure from Hilton’s useless applications.  What more can I say, but that I am disgusted.

Just one more thing I want to say to all of those wondering why I am working voluntarily for the Home Office, it is because I believe that on the local level we can improve the lives of people but I would never support any police or other corruption anywhere.  I do believe in the good of people and think we have to keep on trying, but I am not afraid to upset those that deserve to be upset. I think most coppers are genuinely trying to help people and fight crime for the good of us and especially fight drug dealing, the cancer of our society today. The poison of the Romans was water through lead pipes, ours is taking drugs. All bets how long this civilisation will last are more than welcome.

Ms Kaschke – That is a very offensive remark to make. Perhaps you would care to apologise?

I have not been discourteous, rude or offensive to you – why do feel the need to be offensive to me by calling English lawyer’s henchmen?

I look forward to hearing from you.

If your complaint is in regards to henchmen, please accept my apology that I do not have time now to await your reply as to what exactly offends you, if it is in regards to henchmen, I believe that is a freedom of expression and general remarks about a group of people are not actionable. Thanks

This ping back from Charon QC is a shining example of how prejudiced English lawyers are in favour of the Defendants in this case. They have no sympathy at all for the plight a litigant in person like myself suffers and the discrimination that is wagered against me, in fact they are only too happy to stick the boot in as well. There is not one ounce of compassion to be found in English lawyers, they are all henchmen.
