Scaling up careful behaviour

I already behave more carefully than I absolutely have to. I am aware that Covid can be picked up on public transport and all sharing environments. But then, I am more vulnerable probably due to my age.

The problem for younger people is that they often do not get sick quickly and feel invincible and want to flout lock-downs. They also have their more active hormones to content with. The breeding instinct can sometimes overrule all other reasoning compartments in the brain.

I advise all to be one more step careful than they have to be. I advice people to wear protective face coverings in all shared closed environments and not just in shops.

All communal areas in London are hotspots like all housing environments, which are mostly shared. We hear very little about behaving in stair cases and communal lifts other then housing providers giving recommendations. There is however little enforcement and everybody relies on common sense, which can be missing in some people.

To avoid complete lock-downs we have to rely on people’s common sense.
