The warm-up act

Jeremy Corbyn certainly doesn’t lack confidence when he described Boris Johnson as his warm-up act at today’s CBI speech.

Overall Jeremy Corbyn sounded more coherent and articulate and knowing a clear plan of what he wanted to achieve.

Boris Johnson brought on a lot of stammering and ahs but was honest enough to announce that the Conservervatives no longer want to cut Corporation tax.

So business is between a rock and a hard place but the Labour plan seems overall more business friendly because the free broadband plan and regulation of bus transport across the country will enable business and productivity across the country.

Obviously the free education for all will raise skill levels and participation in educational opportunities, a clear enhancement for productivity and skills development.

Overall the Labour strategy is more business friendly despite wanting to nationalise a few services because it enables business better rather than a conservative strategy, which allows only a few, very rich and large businesses to thrive on the expense of smaller outlets.
